Within the context of the exhibition Black Skin, White Masks. The Black Body in Presence, the artist Rita GT presents the performance 44 shades of white.
Armed with megaphones, like a street vendor, the artist roams the exhibition space. Dressed in white, evoking purity, embodying a position of oracle and savior, this white body exorcises and opens space for awareness of the discussion of the colonial legacy.
