A journey to modernist architecture in Alvalade

On the occasion of the visit by common room (Lars Fischer and Kim Förster) to Lisbon, the Municipal Galleries invite for a walk around Alvalade. Lisbon-based architect Rui Mendes will introduce the highlights of modernist architecture in the neighborhood. During the afternoon, visitors will have the chance to discuss buildings, public spaces, parks and other references of modernist architecture, of which Alvalade features some of the prime examples in Lisbon.
