Noites de Verão [Summer Nights]

In a permanent escape from the status quo, Mica Levi has been involved in multiple projects since the end of Micachu & The Shapes. She has signed the soundtracks for “Under The Skin” and “Jackie”, carved Tirzah’s brilliant “Devotion” and has signed collaborations with Dean Blunt. Curl is a new project, a South London collective with three core members, Mica Levi and the MCs Coby Sey (also collaborating with Tirzah) and Brother May, who are joined by artists from different fields with hybrid solutions suited to the occasion. For the Lisbon concert they bring along TONE (producer of the contagious “U Kno”) and Rox. This event portrays Curl as a multidisciplinary project, which creates party music that is free of genre limitations. Curl organises the best block party. Whether in The Hague, Bristol or the Corucheus: London in communion with the world.
